I had to sign up for installment payments for my taxes, and opted to pay 1. I was given a small slip to fill out and mail with a check to the IRS, and something mentioned me receiving further instructions in the mail about my monthly payments. It has been a couple weeks since my return was supposedly accepted but I haven't received anything in the mail from the IRS.

IRS can't set up your Installment Agreement until the return is processed. You should not expect to receive the Installment Agreement confirmation letter until June-ish. If you don't receive it by the end of July, call M - F 7am - 7pm local time and speak with a representative.
I opted for the installment agreement via TurboTax, so I assume it is already "set up" via the IRS, and my return was accepted already according to TurboTax. When I typed my info in for the installment agreement I put my bank account info in I don't see a V listed on there at all, but a variety of "Reasons" list plain Not -V.
